What?is the advantage to buying the CD as opposed to just the license ?
    The CD contains the  program as well as all the support files needed to re-install
    Simply Checking without going on-line. This ensures you will always have what
    you need to get up and running in the event you need to re-load the software.
   
I want to buy the CD without downloading the trial version. Do I need to provide a
Product Key when I purchase?
    No. The activation code will be provided with the Simply Checking CD.
   
   
Where do I find my Product Key ?
    From the main screen of the downloaded program -
      Original program - click the 'BUY' button
      New program - click the 'ACTIVATION CODE' button
    Note : It is in the downloaded Simply Checking program, NOT in our web site !
How do I determine if my operating system is 32 or 64 bit ?
    Windows XP - From the start menu RIGHT click 'Control Panel' then left click
             Properties. If it doesn't say it's 64 bit then it's 32 bit
    Vista - From the start menu click 'Computer' then click 'System Properties' look
             at System Type to see whether it's 32 or 64 bit
How do I determine if I have Windows XP Service pack 1, 2 or 3 ?
    1) Left click the 'START' button
    2) RIGHT click 'My Computer'
    3) Left click 'Properties'
Can I run Simply Checking on more than one computer ?
    Yes, purchasing a license (or license and CD) entitles you to install Simply
    Checking on a maximum of 3 computers.  If you have the same accounts on
    multiple computers, you will need to use the included Back-up and Restore
    features to transfer your data when switching between computers.
How do I reconcile my checking account ?
    You should, upon receiving your bank statement, clear each transaction that has
    cleared the bank. From the Simply Checking main screen just click the checkbox
    in the 'CLEAR' column of the transaction you want to clear. This will adjust
    (reconcile) your 'Bank Balance'
